5-6 years of Salesforce Functional Experience in Sales or Service Cloud.
Experience in a Large /Medium Real Estate firm
Must have 2-3 years of exp. In supporting real estate business as a single point of contact for salesforce related issues/enhancements/projects.
Skills
Mandatory:
Ability to interact directly with customer and handle project from inception to conclusion independently.
Extensive experience in facing customer directly on day-to-day basis.
Must be able to steer weekly status update calls with business.
Must be able to own Day-to-Day operational issues related to process and product.
Ability to manage assigned technical resources for projects and support.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Salescloud architecture, its benefits and limitations.
Extensive Product Knowledge of Sales Cloud and its integration with 3rd party systems. - Mainly Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.
Excellent experience in Salesforce administration (Managing the Users, Roles, Profiles, OWD, Sharing rules, Sandbox creation and Refresh, Creating Managed / Unmanaged packages, layouts, etc.).
Salesforce Customizations knowledge through flows, process builder, etc.
Strong understanding of Finance (Account Receivable) concepts and must have knowledge of Receipts, Transactions (Invoices, Credit Memos, Debit memos etc.) .
