Job Description

Job Description: Call Center Executive (Aesthetics Clinic)

Location: Dubai UAE

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customeroriented Call Center Executive to join our prestigious aesthetics clinic in Dubai. As a Call Center Executive you will be the first point of contact for our clients providing exceptional customer service and assisting them with their inquiries regarding our range of aesthetic treatments and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Provide accurate information about the clinic s services treatments pricing and appointment scheduling.
  • Listen attentively to clients needs and concerns and effectively address and resolve issues or complaints.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences including scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions transactions comments and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Achieve personal and team goals related to call handling and client satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Executive or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Experience in the aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure.
