Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with 35 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our clinic s online presence attract new patients and foster patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our healthcare services specialties and patient care programs.
  
• Manage and optimize digital channels including SEO/SEM PPC advertising social media email marketing and content marketing specific to the healthcare industry.
  
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics patient acquisition costs and ROI to optimize campaigns and maximize effectiveness.
  
• Utilize healthcarespecific tools and platforms to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams including doctors medical staff and administration to ensure accurate representation of services and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  
• Stay informed about healthcare industry trends patient behavior insights and digital marketing best practices.
  
• Ensure all digital marketing activities align with the clinic s brand guidelines and ethical standards.
  
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on digital marketing campaign performance patient feedback and market trends.
  
• Assist in budget planning and management of digital marketing expenses.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Technologies Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  
• Proven 35 years of experience in digital marketing roles within the healthcare sector preferably in Dubai or the Middle East region.
  
• Strong understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance standards.
  
• Handson experience with healthcarespecific digital marketing strategies and platforms.
  
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM PPC campaigns social media platforms email marketing and CRM software.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and insights.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications in healthcare marketing or digital marketing (e.g. Google Ads HubSpot Healthcare Marketing Certification).
  
• Experience with patient relationship management (PRM) systems and patient journey mapping.
