Job Responsibilities

The IT Infrastructure (IT Support Partner) Analyst will provide tier II level IT support for end user issues by troubleshooting, providing root cause analysis and resolving IT technology issues in a production environment. Through utilizing ITIL best practices and ServiceNow platform, this position focuses on our internal business technologies need including computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and handheld scanners. This includes life cycle management. This role will also participate in IT projects and deployments as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This is a residential manufacturing. Need to be comfortable working in a manufacturing setting. The shift is first shift, but he needs a utility player, someone who would be flexible for changing demands from the business operations and also overtime work as needed as they open a Saturday shift for overtime hours.
