Job Description

Our client a wellestablished Real Estate company with successful operations based in the UAE is looking for a Business Development Manager with a focus on ShortTerm Lettings. You will be responsible for generating new business through databases and referrals from the sales and leasing departments.

This position requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to work with different stakeholders. A successful candidate should have an extensive knowledge of the UAEs shortterm lettings industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze local rental rates to set a competitive rental rate and ensure profit targets are fulfilled
  • Advertise available rental properties with full details including location services offered etc. to attract potential clients
  • Build an active pipeline through meetings calls and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Create and implement a sales plan to drive sales growth
  • Inform clients about the benefits of shortterm rentals and present innovative ideas to attract more business
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors landlords and developers
  • Prepare and present a proposal to thirdparty owners during contract negotiations
  • Stay current with market trends regulations and identify areas for potential opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development within the real estate industry preferably in short term lettings
  • Indepth knowledge of holiday homes principles industry trends and best practices
  • Proactive and resultsdriven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
