Estimator

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for glass facade projects ensuring comprehensive coverage of all building envelope and glazing solution products. This includes aluminium curtain walls doors and windows cladding and pointfixed systems skylights canopies balustrades internal partitions and metal work. You will collaborate closely with the sales design and engineering teams to provide precise and detailed estimations that support the company s project proposals and bids.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for glass facade projects encompassing all relevant products such as aluminium curtain walls doors and windows cladding pointfixed systems skylights canopies balustrades internal partitions and metal work.
  
• Analyze project plans specifications and other documentation to understand the scope of work and required materials.
  
• Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals for projects ensuring all client requirements and specifications are met.
  
• Collaborate with the sales and PM teams to develop winning strategies for tenders.
  
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost plans.
  
• Monitor and report on project costs highlighting any variances from the initial estimates and proposing corrective actions as necessary.
  
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of estimates bids and other relevant documentation.
  
• Generate regular reports on the status of ongoing estimates bids and project costs.
  
• Attend client meetings to discuss project requirements present estimates and negotiate terms.
  
• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients throughout the estimation and bidding process.
