Principal - Knowledge Hub

Job Title: Principal Knowledge Hub (Dubai)
Compensation: AED per month

RVP Consultants is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the strategic growth and success of our Knowledge Hub in Dubai. Our Knowledge Hub is an American curriculum onine school accredited by NEASC and licensed by the KHDA. Located in Dubai Knowledge Park our Knowledge Hub offers a blended learning model for students in grades K12 supported by sitebased Academic Leads and Learning Coaches. This exciting opportunity combines strong school leadership with a focus on innovative blendedmodel education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning process for the Knowledge Hub collaborating closely with senior leadership to define and implement the school's overall strategic vision. Conduct market research analyze trends and develop datadriven strategies for student enrollment program development and growth.
• Serve as the Dubaibased Principal for KHDA and regulatory purposes. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and educational standards.
• Oversee the daytoday operations of the Knowledge Hub fostering a dynamic learning environment that prioritizes student engagement and achievement.
• Recruit and develop a talented team of Knowledge Hub staff and virtual Learning Coaches.
• Champion high standards of student engagement and academic success. Implement strategies to monitor progress address behavioral issues effectively and maintain open communication with parents.
• Develop and manage the Knowledge Hub budget ensuring efficient resource allocation to support strategic goals.
• Conduct regular evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Coordinate engaging community events and field trips to enrich the student experience.
• Partner with the marketing team to promote the Knowledge Hub's blendedmodel programs and attract new students.
• Effectively communicate with senior leadership providing regular reports and updates on the Knowledge Hub's performance.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher with a passion for education and student development.
• Minimum of five years' experience in school leadership preferably in American curriculum or online schools. A strong track record of successful strategic planning and implementation is highly desirable.
• Post graduate degree diploma or qualification in education.
• Demonstrated experience in online education and a deep understanding of its unique opportunities and challenges.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE school regulatory requirements (KHDA).
• Proficiency in MS Excel MS Word and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills exceptional communication abilities and a commitment to professionalism.
• Successful approval by KHDA via the Principal Appointment process.
