Job Description
General Accountant:
- handles the full accounting cycle for DKMEs books of account (Daily Monthly Quarterly & Annually) e.g. managing the balance sheets preparing P&L petty cash analysing recording & preparing journal entries
- preparation of monthly management account bank & GL reconciliation for submission to DK HQ KL office latest by 10th of every month
- daily Sales Report preparation customer invoices DN & CN creation and following up on the collection & Stock Management
- Preparation of monthly creditor payment (online platform/without online platform) and payroll
- Filling and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Maintains accounting and payroll controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Assisting in product costing preparation and analysis

- Bank Token ATM & Cheque Booklets Safe Keeping
- Cash/Cheques Collections & Deposits
- Filing & Scanning of all Customers Invoices Delivery Notes Credit Notes Suppliers Invoices Purchase Orders & Delivery Notes

- Repairs & Maintenance
- Utilities Payments
- Trade License & All Other Legal Documents Renewal
- Vehicle Passing Maintenance Monitoring & Renewal Payments
- Customers with Online Platform
- Customers without Online Platform: Customer LPO Creation
- Operations: Installation Consumables & Tools Approval & Utilities
- Staff: Manage attendances Holiday Leave final settlement overtime payroll and Visa expenses
