Job Responsibilities:
Establish & ensure that the Contract register on Oracle Fusion is up to date with ALL contracts. Ensure ALL contracts are renewed on time (ongoing) Ensure PRs are raised for ALL expiring contracts with the final Scope 6 months prior to expiry if they will still be needed post expiry (ongoing) Process ALL Contract renewals and amendments including the PR for these within 10 working days from PR receipt to signed contract (ongoing) Manage the TC submission for any Contract renewals and amendments that require TC approval (ongoing) Implement the automated contract signing once PO is approved Deliver a category management approach to procurement which will migrate the department from transactional buying to long term strategic partnership based procurement.
