Inbound Calls Handling:
Receive incoming calls from patients seeking medical and dental appointments.
Provide information about available services, appointment availability, and clinic policies.
Assist patients in scheduling appointments based on their needs and preferences.
Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Ensure accurate recording of patient information and appointment details in the clinic's database.
Outbound Calls Management
Proactively reach out to patients to confirm or reschedule appointments as needed.
