Provide onsite support to NASA Marshall Space Flight Center.
Provide support and assistance in the use of NASA’s online application and registration system for internships, fellowships, academic, research, professional development opportunities, and other learning experiences.
Provide educational workshops in-person and virtually for students and adult learners.
Manage communication and engagement with center-based points of contact.
Support recruitment activities to attract a diverse cohort of participants.
Receive and review applications and aid in the selection of a diverse cohort of participants.
Develop and track key performance indicators and measures of success.
Analyze and summarize disparate information in a clear and concise manner.
Draft data collection methodologies and coordinate with appropriate organizations .
Perform special projects as requested .
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred)
5 years of related experience.
Ability to work in a team-based environment
Ability to travel to and work on client sites as needed
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
