- Establish, manage, and continually update an MDC spreadsheet for each project.
- Work closely with the Project Managers, Project Secretaries, Logistics, QHSE, Survey Data Center and Vessel Management departments to ensure all documentation is tracked on the MDC.
- Highlight any non-conformity in the MDC to the management.
- Maintaining incorporation documents and assisting Managing Director in preparation of board resolutions.
- Handles and prioritizes all outgoing/incoming documentation of Horizon Group directors/owners/shareholders.
- Facilitate and liaise with corporate lawyer’s office for notarization/legalization of board resolutions, incumbency certificates and licenses of Horizon Group directors/owners/shareholders.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information are organized and easily accessible by Managing Director.
- Process payments for corporate transactions.
