Job Description
One of the leading Technology companies is currently looking for a Sales Manager HR Solutions for the Dubai UAE location.
Selling and supporting the firm s complete product and service offering to an assigned set of named accounts. Focusing on customers with highvalue strategic growth opportunities by doing customer interactions and facetoface meetings.
Retains and profitably grows firm volume sales and profitability through proactive management of assigned largecustomer relationships.
Penetrates assigned accounts by: Selling new or additional products or services to current customers Finding additional buyers within the existing customer location Selling additional customer locations Sells the firm s complete offering of products and services. Achieves assigned sales quota.
Meets assigned expectations for profitability
Establishes customer account plans that meet company standards in all assigned accounts.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Enlists the support of sales specialists implementation resources service resources and other sales and management resources as needed.
Works closely with the Sales Team to ensure monthly/quarterly/annual targets are achieved.
Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Requirements
Education and Certification
Bachelor s degree (Preferably in Sales & Marketing)
MBA is an added advantage
Knowledge and Skills
Should have at least 3 years of handson experience in IT solutions in enterprise software.
A record of achievement in the Sales Manager position.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a businesstobusiness large/strategic customer segment.
Other Criteria
This position includes outside travel to customers premises
