Job Description
- Support the Development of Project HR plan.
- Support the Development of Project Org. Chart
- Support the Definition and Implementation of Employee Titles and Salary Scales
- Manage the Recruitment Process
- Ensure the Availability of an Attractive Employee Value Proposition
- Create and Implement HR Policies and Manage Employee Relations
- Develop and Implement Project Employee Training
- Manage Day-to-Day HR Activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in a senior role within an entity in the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of local regulations and practices Fluency in English (written and spoken)
