We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our business.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities for Matrix Finishes LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies building and maintaining relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. As a Business Development Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and markets to expand our business
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct market analysis and keep uptodate with industry trends and developments
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network with potential clients
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase our services and capabilities
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
Identify and address potential issues or challenges that may affect business growth and profitability
Stay updated on competitors activities and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market
Continuously improve sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work under pressure
Ability to travel as needed
