Job Description

Role Overview:

  • To source the brokers using market intelligence and in-depth research to expand agent network in assigned territory.
  • Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting our company’s products.
  • Ensures that assigned Brokers (Individual & Corporate) receive highest level of support
  • Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs.
  • Leverage Customer & Agent programs to maximize sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory
  • Educate the Corporate brokers and their staff on how to utilize Agent portal to close deals, view inventory, make payments and generate consistent business.
  • Develop and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations.
  • Generates and maintains periodical reports in line with company guidelines.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in account management and handling multiple projects / tasks simultaneously, preferably in the real estate, and hospitality sector.
