- Looking for a dynamic Sales hunter who is driven to call, meet, and manage customers on their initiative
- Create opportunities, attracting clients and convincing them to allocate their annual security budgets to our organization.
- Take charge as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and ensure our solutions are delivered to meet customer needs and goals
- Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of monthly/quarterly progress
- Expand business with existing clients and uncover areas of improvement to achieve sales targets
- Track and forecast key account metrics including weekly, quarterly, and monthly sales results and annual projections
- Generate reports on account status
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities within the assigned territory
- Proactively work with the support team to resolve issues related to existing customers
- Establish a strong market position by seeking out, cultivating, defining, and closing new business relationships
- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information to protect the organization's value
