Purpose of the job
Implement value-added commercial banking products to all Corporate and Investment Banking Group (CIBG) client base to ensure products sold perform to agreed service standards and achieve customer satisfaction levels
Responsibilities
Product Implementation: Manage the implementation of commercial banking solutions with clients, ensuring all client and internet setups are completed to facilitate successful executions of each transaction
User Acceptance Testing Support: Support the customer in producing and implementing test scenarios for products sold, and manage the resolution of any bugs to support customer acceptance
Product and Service Support: Providing product and service support to customers and relationship managers, collaborating closely with operations teams to ensure any issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Adherence to all relevant organizational and administrative policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out to the required standards and in a consistent manner while delivering the required level of service to customers and stakeholders
Self-Management: Manage self in accordance with the Bank's people management policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance and enhance business performance
Customer Service: Embodying our promise and applying ADCB Bank service standards to provide the required levels of service in all internal and external interactions with customers
