Mixologist

Mixologist should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender, demonstrating proficiency in similar job roles. Holding a WSET Level 2 certification or equivalent bar courses is essential. International experience is a plus. We are seeking an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills, a flexible attitude, and a proven ability to work well in a team under pressure. Leading by example, the candidate should be dynamic, energetic, and creative, embracing a positive "can do" attitude. The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, coupled with self-motivation and a passion for F&B, is crucial. Strong multitasking skills without compromising on quality, excellent communication (both verbal and written) in business English, good business admin skills, and a keen understanding of new worldwide market trends are highly desirable qualities.
