Our client is seeking a resultsoriented Business Development Manager in their Dubai office to help drive their growth strategy and build lasting partnerships.
Your Role
Supporting the Organizations business growth and expansion which includes handling endtoend sales processes from identifying new business prospects/opportunities to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Develop BD strategies to target potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Manage complex negotiations with seniorlevel executives.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide an enhanced service to clients and industry partners.
Strategize and execute effective sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
Requirements:
Min. 4 to 6 years of experience in the UAE in business development within industry Construction Contracting or Real Estate Development.
Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
