Business Unit Manager

Role:

• Annual Sales Budgets by Brand/ Channel in terms of units value and GP
• Manage entire Channel Sales & Merchandising teams to ensure proper sales distribution & execution of trade marketing plans in all relevant channels RetailPharmaEcommerce wholesale Government & B2B
• Manage the P&L of the brand and sales unit to ensure achievement of budgets.
• Directly communicate and plan with team mutual agreed activities and targets.
• Ensure all trade marketing activities including BDA promotions listing rentals are fully approved and smoothly settled.
• Provide senior management with periodical reporting as and when required.

The Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing / Business Administration/ Economics/ Commerce
• Above 10 years relevant experience managing relevant personal care & baby care category brands in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage
• Previous experience managing relevant brands
• Knowledge of planning and executing trade marketing activities
• Analytical Creative and Strategic Thinking
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Multitasking and delegating
• Crossfunctional project leadership
• Business analysis and Consumer insights
• Financial acumen
• Competent with Excel / Sales CRM / Oracle
• Written and Oral Presentations Skills
• Fluent in English (Reading/Writing/Communicating). Arabic is an advantage.
• Driving license
