Compliance Manager

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in compliance program management within traditional or non-traditional financial services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate complex issues for consumption by technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relentless drive for results, even in ambiguous and fast paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge the status-quo and champion best-in-class solutions and problem-solving.
• Ability to work within a matrix environment and cross functionally with operations and technology functions.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Payments or e-commerce background
• Familiarity with the 3 Lines-of-Defense risk model.
• Professional certification such as CAMS, CRCM, or CRP
