Guest Experience

Attends to guest requests and performs sewing duties including altering, fitting and mending for hotel guests

Sews curtains, cushions and wall coverings in public areas and rooms

Repair curtains and hang back accordingly

Assists in the preparation of special functions

Checks all linen and uniform repairs on a daily basis

Makes costumes for special events for the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction

Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards including:

Being attentive to Guests – Internal /External

Accurately and promptly fulfilling Guests requests

Anticipate Guests needs

Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the Guest experience

Demonstrating a ‘service’ attitude

Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

Appreciate the dynamic nature of the Hotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internal customers

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety

Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures
