a) Managing end-to-end IT solution and services sales for MEA centric organization to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, half yearly assigned targets
b) New Lead generation, Lead qualification, BOQ formation, Value proposition, Pricing strategy, negotiation, and closure (complete sales process) to increase the customer breadth
c) Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence for the Business assigned to him/her
d) Designing & proposing a cost-effective solution by working with various teams. Negotiate and close with customers
e) Payment follow up and managing the Account Receivable from customers
2) Customer related:
a) Maintaining existing customers, taking care of any escalations, and closing issues at war footing
b) Engaging with the existing customers on regular basis to identify opportunities to increase share of wallet and ensure we cater to maximum share of wallet
3) Vendors/Partners related:
a) Periodic meetings with vendor to give them the idea of customers engaged with & for price benefits
b) Design Partners sales plan working with them to sell thru Company Services. Design sales kits for partners to sell our services. Enabling partners will all the support in terms of sales tools, timely quotes and any other support to sell our services.
Required Competencies:
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Services sales especially in Technology solutions and services sales
Good technical knowledge and domain expertise on storage/compute products/emerging technologies
Good interpersonal, planning, organizational and analytical skills
Good Communication and negotiation skills
About Yourself: You are an individual with strong business acumen in IT services and Technology Solutions and Services Sales experience.
