The role requires the following expertise / but not limited to:
- Non-specialized commercial contracts, customer SPAs, NDA, etc.
- Big volume low complexity contracts.
- Candidate must be either a lawyer or a contracts professional.
- Preference on UAE or GCC experience.
- 3-5 years post qualification professional experience.
- Exposure to the Real Estate industry a nice to have.
- Cross Border transactional experience a nice to have.
