5+ years of experience in configuring, setting up, and managing project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, etc., within an organisational setting
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of workflow processes with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into configurations for various project management tools.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability with an ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Confidence to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience conducting user training and providing comprehensive support for various project management tools
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
