Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Human Resource partners and Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain coherent and well-structured documented
Ensure compliance with all internal recommendations, guidance and best practices regarding process
Assess the audience needs for whom the process documentation is
Deliver regular reporting and analytics related to knowledge
Gather feedback from the users to improve the employee
Research and keep abreast of innovative solutions related to knowledge

What you need to succeed:
Previous HR experience an
Previous work experience with HR (IS) Systems-WorkDay and
2-3 years experience in document
Proficiency in Microsoft
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) an
Strong grammatical
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong analytical skills and attention to
Ability to write content to attracting the employees to go into the portal to obtain the necessary information instead of diverting them to contact the call
Ability to present complex data in clear, concise
Ability to create, assimilate and convey technical material in a concise and effective
Ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups (from technical subject matter experts to senior leadership).
Ability to bring new innovative fresh
Be available to attend conference calls occasional evening hours when needed due to overseas departments a
