Job Description
Acquire an in-depth understanding of the subject matter Business finance, Personal finance, Investments, Insurance & Loan products.
Display a passion for explaining financial literacy terms in simple words
Develop and design curriculum content for financial literacy courses, including learning flow, interactives, and follow-up activities for adult learners.
Collaborate with team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
Requirements
Any UG/PG degree (Commerce, Finance, Economics would be beneficial)
Minimum of 0-1 years of experience developing content in the field of financial literacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 3 years of experience Generalist with interest in Business Self-starter, deeply motivated, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential Creative, analytical thinker, and fast learner First principle thinker willing to work with a multifunctional team Strong business acumen, with ability to share insights that drive results and customer value Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with external stakeholders and internal colleagues at all levels Agile and flexible with changing priorities and business needs Aspiring entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs would be good fit
