This Property Manager position is ideally suited to an experienced, articulate and professional Property Manager who is comfortable working autonomously between 25 to 38 hours per Based on your experience and hours, you will manage your own portfolio of 75 to 110 properties with ample time to focus on quality
Requirements
- Be able to commit to at least 25 hours per week
- Be experienced in end to end, full portfolio property management
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate and Driving License (essential)
- Be mature and reliable with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Have PropertyMe or other Cloud based CRM experience
- Have a quality focused This is a business who value service first
- Be comfortable working autonomously
