Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from numerous channels
Meet our customer SLA’s to ensure customer satisfaction
Deal with outbound calls to target potential customers and be required to meet conversion quotas and KPIs
Handle calendar appointments for the field sales team
Manage and handle customer complaints, escalating to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring accurate reporting
Handle customer enquiries and emails
Requirements
A minimum of 12 months experience working in a call center/telesales role
Experience in a fast-paced role requiring continuous multitasking (you will handle a constant stream of inbound calls whilst also answering customer emails) ream of inbound calls while also having to answer client WhatsApp messages)
Flexible with working hours
Available 6 days a week and potentially Fridays
Hard working, willing to go above and beyond to deliver
