Job Description

Designation/Role: Customer Support Executive

Experience: 0-2 years

Description: We are hiring dynamic and smart customer support executive to add to our customer support team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing product company in Bangalore with multigeography operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a customer support executive, you will receive and respond to the calls from LightMetrics customers from different geographic regions.

You need to understand product features and FAQ and be the first responder to any queries from customers. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Create tickets in support tool

Candidate MUST be ready to work in shifts

Accomplish certain data annotation tasks apart from responsibility of receiving the calls

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies laid down by LightMetrics

Desired Skills

Graduate in any discipline with excellent English communication skill. Excellent command over spoken and written English is must

Great communication skills, presence of mind, good listener

Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attitude to learn new technologies is a must. Be able to engage customers during support calls, understand and resolve queries over calls

Eagerness to learn new skills

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full time

Timings: Rotational shift (Willing to work in night shift mandatory)
