Director Value Creation - Private Equity

• Value Creation Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive value creation strategies for the designated portfolio company, collaborating closely with its leadership team to drive operational and financial improvements.
• Portfolio Oversight: Monitor the performance of the assigned portfolio company, identifying areas for growth, cost optimization, and operational excellence, while ensuring alignment with our investment thesis.
• New Investment Opportunities: Collaborate with our deal origination team to evaluate and assess new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and providing valuable insights.
• Exit Strategies: Play a pivotal role in the development and execution of exit strategies for portfolio companies, including IPOs, trade sales, or secondary buyouts.
• Market Analysis: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and market dynamics, identifying potential areas for investment and value creation.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, offering your expertise and guidance to support the success of our investments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Private Equity, with a strong focus on value creation and portfolio management.
• Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in portfolio companies.
• Deep financial acumen and expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence.
