• Assist the store to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to Nationality Mix, Average Price per Unit and Conversion Rate.
• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Undertake direct sales with clients and prospects as well as private viewing when requested with Palaces and VIP Clients.
• Ensuring sales transactions processed in accordance with required internal procedures using the systems provided. Merchandising:
• Maintain visual standards, including products presentation, signage, lighting and general maintenance.
• Ensure Excellency within point of sale.Inventory:
• Receipt of new products, quality control, tagging.
• Assist in monthly stock taking, of all items in boutique.
• Ensure control of merchandise at all times.
• Actively participate in proactive boutique stock orders, and order projections via stock movement analysis.Reporting:
• Monthly sales report to Sales Manager.
• Prepare up to date documentations.
• Up to date filling and monitoring of cash & invoicing in accordance with company policies and procedures.After Sales Service:
• Assist clients in after sales process.
• Ensure utmost service and Excellency in client expectations and requirements.Customer/CRM:
• Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships and confidence in brand products.
• Build and strengthen client database by acquiring, updating and maintaining client profile database.
• Demonstrate at all times brand ambassador behavioural skills.
• Proactively participating in acquiring new customers.
