Our client is a reputed Food & Beverage manufacturing company in the FMCG industry with multiple brands under its name with a diversified portfolio across the GCC region. They are looking to hire a Category Development/ Trade Marketing Manager for one of their division dealing with confectionery.
Principal Accountability:
- Develop the yearly marketing activity plans for the categories.
- Manage the P&L of the categories.
- Be the right brand ambassador who drives equity, awareness, and off-take.
- Responsibility for the P&L of the categories.
- Market analysis and product launches.
- Monitoring the marketing activity s performance and measuring the success of campaigns.
- Developing reports.
- Developing consumer packaging and promotional packaging.
- Managing category budgets.
- Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and product shoots.
- Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant GCC experience (preferably with trade marketing and sales knowledge in FMCG).
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
- Degree in marketing or a related field.
- Should have strong expertise in Confectionery/ Salted snacks.
- Excellent portfolio in Brand Management.
