Overview Of The Role
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving online visibility and patient acquisition through effective SEO strategies, paid campaigns, and website optimization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc…).
- Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and drive relevant traffic.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of performance marketing efforts with overall strategy.

What qualifies you for the role

- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google or Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Proven ability to achieve ROI targets whilst managing budgets efficiently.
