Corporate Development Analyst

Job Purpose

To work with the Business Development Head to research potential growth opportunities, by interpreting data and forming recommendations for business development and growth.

Accountabilities

Conducting and leading assigned research projects for the development and diversification of the business segments

Conducting and reporting on data reports and reaching recommendations based on the criteria set out by Head of BD

Asset and Risk Management Reporting and Analysis

Assessing productivity and efficiency gains and opportunities through business units

MIS reporting on a corporate success and development scope

Working with finance on Monthly Reporting and Analysis for Shareholder submittal

Ensuring the consistent delivery of shareholder expectations in line with the agreements and annual requirements

Project Coordination for Head of BD

Requirements

Experience required

Proven work experience in business strategy research projects

M&A experience

MIS reporting standards experience

Excellent communication skills

Education and background

BSc degree in Analytics/Business Management
