• To be responsible for ensuring monthly targeted sales are achieved.
• To develop activities and initiatives to generate leads by networking the local area and maximizing the opportunities for sales.
• To identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele and to sell memberships to them.
• To follow all financial procedures, in relation to membership sales.
• To monitor on a regular basis, activities, and developments in other clubs in the local area
• To ensure that all administrative duties are performed to a high standard through the Membership Department
• To acknowledge members and guests (by name if possible) throughout the club and assist them as required, ensuring they always feel comfortable and welcome.
• To have a good knowledge of all other services offered by the Jumeirah properties
• To be familiar with the name and status of all Executives and Heads of Departments.
• To report any operation problems or complaints immediately to the Health Club Manager
• Any other duties as requested by the club management.
