Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To explore the market and maximize the sales opportunity
- To identify opportunities by studying market requirements, obtained through market research
- Generate new business through sales leads obtained from different channels and inquiries
- Preparing sales proposals attend meetings, should be involved in the project from start to the handover of the project.
- To provide a monthly sales plan to the department head.
- Collect job completion certificate from the client and follow up timely collection of payment.
- Work in close contact with the operations/account/logistic team external contact with real estate/ hotels/hotel apartments/furnish apartments/developers/designers/architects and end users.
