• Proactively engage with Core Sales including WSG (as relevant) on targeted accounts (they are all part of our F250 program)
• Assess Dell’s current position within the account from a CSG perspective using tools such as Opportunity Assessment to help guide Sales on key shaping strategies and actions
• Influence the Sales and Cross functional teams in terms of thinking through the most relevant account shaping approach towards Dell
• Guide central teams on key enablers, based on insights, that are needed across accounts to increase our ability to win / execute
• Drive high standards with Sales and cross functional teams, but take a pragmatic approach that gets the job done. Be a change agent to drive adoption of best practices
