• Establishing the food cogs budgets for each outlet / brand for FY within agreed timelines
• Identify deviations & communicate to management in key cogs impact drivers such as Wastages , inventory variances recipes yield differences.
• Supervision of Cost controller actions in all the four terriotories.
• Monitor the cost impact in products , due to shipment impacts or supplier differences.
• POS and FMC Inventory systems change management
• Managing warehouse inventories for all the territories.
• Ensure to conduct audit reviews on store inventory performance; yields, margin and inventory.
• Provide tools, training and coaching to central and store-based employees to ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Lead and coordinate with the brand in any menu engineering & price fixing for existing and new brands.
• Accurate monthly COGS reporting & support Operations to deliver COGS in line with Budget for all Brands of Foodmark.
• Develop systems or process to enhance business efficiency and provide a platform for analysis.
• Analysing brand inventory variance reports and align with the brand chef for action plan to control.
• Review performance of Cost Control team members and improve capability in the region they are by giving targets and followup of the same.
• Work cross functionally with the Supply chain, Operations and Finance teams to ensure complete application & process support in Inventory Management system (FMC) and to accurate ensure updates in Inventory management such as new supplier/article/assortment. and oversee FMC recipe creations for beverages and food.
• Compile research and feedback findings and develop opportunities to benefit the Business.
