Roles and responsibilities
- Should have an experience working with Tier 1 / Tier 2 Main Contractors.
- Entering the strategy and managing the financial submission.
- Contributing to risk assessment and ensuring all risks are included within the tender.
- Leading or supporting VE exercises.
- Assuring accuracy, competitiveness and compliance of tenders.
- Contributing to the submission document and contract documentation.
- Ensuring all the risks are recorded and accounted for within the tender.
- Supporting the estimating manager in bid negotiations.
- Negotiating tender rules.
- Leading tenders.
Desired candidates’ profile.
- UAE/MOFA Attested bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years work experience in Estimation Department preferably from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Contracting Company.
- Projects worked on, as Lead Estimator (Infrastructure Experienced) should managing significantly large packages and scope of works.

- Familiarity with industry-specific estimating and project management software such as Procore, Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, RSMeans, and Buildertrend is essential to improve efficiency and accuracy in cost estimation.
