Job Overview
We are looking for a smart and dynamic individual as an HR Executive for a company that specializes in developing creative and specific software-based solutions for the construction sector, particularly with regard to document control, workflow management, quality control and human resource management.
Job Summary:
- Responsible for Recruitment and Onboarding including Subcontract Manpower arrangement and deployment
- Responsible for Manpower Updating in HRM
- Responsible for New Joiners Induction (Staff)
- Responsible for Visit and Foreign Visas
- Responsible for Staff Medical Insurance
- Responsible for Employee Training
Essential Duties, Responsibilities:
- Arrange Manpower for projects which include the below: -
- Placing advertisements for open positions, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Liaising with the manpower agencies including subcontract vendors for manpower
- Preparation of Subcontract Manpower agreement and obtaining a signature from all related parties after verifying all legal documents
- Arranging and conducting trade tests and medical for subcontract manpower
- Informing Admin team on the accommodation requirement for subcontract manpower
- Coordinating with the Site Administrators for Gate Pass of subcontract manpower
- Prepare the updated subcontract manpower requirement sheet and provide it to HR Administrator every week
- Conduct Induction for New Joiners (Staff)
- Organizational announcement of New Joiners
- Updating HRM records which includes the below: -
- Updating HRM with manpower details, documents, location, and reporting supervisor
- Follow up for visa stamping and updating Visa, Labor card, and EID documents in HRM.
- Attend the Visit and Foreign Visa which includes the below: -
- Liaise with the concerned staff, collect required documents, and book appointments for Foreign Visas
- Verify and Compile all required documents required for Foreign Visa and handover the same
- Follow up on Foreign Visas
- Liaise with the concerned staff and attend to the requirements of visit visa
- Inform HR Administrator if visit visa is getting transferred to employment visa
- Attend to the Staff Medical Insurance requirements which includes the below: -
- Liaise with new joiners (staff) for the medical insurance category, liaise with insurance vendor and get the same attended
- Notify HR Administrator in case any higher medical category is opted by staff and the difference in insurance premium which needs to be deducted
- Submit and monitor medical insurance claims of staff
- Conduct monthly reconciliation with the insurance vendor on the number of employees newly joined, released and where applicable obtain credit note from insurance vendor and submit to accounts
- Submit report on claims and credit notes received and pending by 25th of every month
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university
- PG in HR Operations /management
- Computer literate
- Effective Decision Making

Experience:
- 5 to 10 years experience
