The Sales Officer plays a vital role in driving real estate sales by building a robust broker network generating leads and managing client relationships. This position directly supports revenue growth and brand expansion in the ultra-luxury segment.
Key Responsibilities
Broker s approach and increase broker s network in the UAE and internationally.
Generate leads through networking and broker companies.
Conduct engaging product presentations.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sale ensuring a win-win situation for clients and the company.
Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Maintain communication with clients throughout the purchasing process and post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends property values and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience with top real estate developers in UAE.
Strong sales background.
Strong network within real estate brokers in Dubai.
In-depth understanding of UAE real estate laws and market dynamics.
Experience in working with UHNWI and HNWI.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Multilingual skills (e.g. French Spanish Arabic Italian).
Certification in real estate sales or brokerage (e.g. RERA).
Experience in off-plan property sales.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and within dynamic teams.
Resilience under pressure with a proactive sales approach.
