Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Process Architect to join our clients team in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who has played a key role in a ServiceNow Order Management (OM) implementation and can bring both technical understanding and process expertise to large-scale digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and optimisation of business processes aligned with ServiceNow capabilities with a particular focus on Order Management.
Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements translate them into best-practice ServiceNow solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Define and implement process frameworks governance models and operating procedures across the ServiceNow platform.
Provide architectural guidance during implementation ensuring scalability compliance and alignment with industry standards.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders ServiceNow developers and delivery partners.
Support testing training and adoption activities to ensure smooth deployment of new processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Process Architect with hands-on involvement in a ServiceNow Order Management implementation.
Strong understanding of ITIL service management and order-to-cash processes.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in complex enterprise environments preferably in the UAE or wider Middle East region.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA CIS-Order Management ITSM) are highly desirable.
