DescriptionOntime Group is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive for our Interior Fitout Contracting Projects this role you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales through effective relationship management with clients in the fitout sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and engage with them to understand their fitout needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets
- Conduct presentations and proposals that showcase our interior fitout services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with clients to finalize agreements
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system
Requirements - Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in sales particularly in interior fitout or contracting projects
- Strong understanding of the interior design and construction industry
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Familiarity with local market conditions and regulations is a plus
