Ontime Group is excited to announce an opening for a Business Development professional specializing in Digital Marketing this role you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital marketing solutions tailored to the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients seeking digital marketing solutions for their healthcare businesses
- Develop comprehensive business strategies to target key markets and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing them with insights and recommendations on digital marketing trends
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing our digital marketing capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to achieve sales objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance service offerings
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to management
- Participate in industry conferences networking events and workshops to enhance brand visibility
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development preferably in the digital marketing industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts tools and strategies
- Excellent communication negotiation and persuasive skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Self-driven results-oriented and a strategic thinker
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance tracking tools
