Apt Resources is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a talented Recreation Manager to join a prestigious five-star luxury resort located along the stunning Red Sea. This iconic resort is renowned for its exceptional leisure and guest experiences and is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage all recreational activities and facilities.
As a Recreation Manager you will be responsible for creating engaging leisure programs supervising the recreation team and ensuring that all activities reflect the resorts five-star standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and oversee all recreational activities and events for guests.
- Supervise and motivate the recreation team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure all recreational facilities and equipment are safe clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to create memorable experiences and promote guest participation.
- Manage scheduling budgets and inventory related to recreation programs.
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and concerns with professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Recreation Manager or in a similar leadership role in luxury resorts hotels or leisure clubs.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of recreation programming fitness and leisure activities.
- Professional proactive and guest-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
