Foreground is partnering with a leading events and communications agency to appoint an Associate Creative Director.
About the Role
The Associate Creative Director (ACD) will support the Creative Director in leading the creative vision and execution of campaigns branding and event activations. The ACD will mentor teams ensure creative alignment with strategy and maintain excellence in all deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts branding and campaign ideas aligned with client goals.
- Prepare and present pitch decks and creative presentations.
- Oversee creative development from ideation to final execution.
- Ensure projects align with brand positioning and design excellence.
- Mentor and provide feedback to creative teams.
- Supervise design copywriting and multimedia teams for high-quality output.
- Ensure consistency in messaging design and brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and delivery.
- Stay current with creative industry trends technologies and cultural insights.
- Participate in post-project evaluations and maintain creative archives.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design Advertising Marketing or related field.
- 8 years experience in creative roles with 35 years in a leadership position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in campaigns branding and events.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and digital tools.
- Strong leadership presentation and storytelling skills.
- Experience conceptualizing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
- Deep understanding of regional markets and cultural nuances.
