Our client is looking to hire a dynamic and innovative Arabic-speaking Learning & Development Facilitator to design and deliver high-impact training initiatives for our clients diverse workforce including both local and expatriate talent. Responsibilities:
- Build a centralized training academy to deliver leadership functional and behavioral learning programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to align learning strategies with business objectives.
- Lead onboarding and skills development initiatives to empower employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with business leaders and external partners to design and develop engaging training content.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually to maximize learner engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness tracking outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of learning by promoting growth and development across the organization.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
- Proven experience in L&D facilitation and instructional design.
- Skilled in e-learning tools such as Articulate Moodle and MS Teams.
- Exceptional presentation communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing UAE Nationals within a corporate environment.
