Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a reputed client specializing in chemical trading with a growing presence in the UAE and broader MENA markets. The company supplies a wide range of industrial and specialty chemicals focusing on sectors such as plastics feed and manufacturing. To strengthen their commercial team they are looking to hire dynamic Sales Executives to drive B2B growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B leads in the UAE and MEA region.
- Build and manage strong relationships with traders converters manufacturers and industrial clients.
- Coordinate pricing credit limits and payment terms in collaboration with the head office.
- Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure including CRM management.
- Liaise with internal logistics and customs teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches including specialty additives and urea blends.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategy.
Requirements
- 3 6 years of experience in B2B chemical sales preferably in: Plastic additives Feed chemicals Commodity/industrial chemicals Petrochemicals.
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or BBA/MBA in Sales or Marketing.
- Strong client base or network within UAE/MENA is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM tools sales reporting and trade documentation.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with import/export logistics and international trade processes is a plus.
- Must be self-driven target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
